Kind of a tempo deck. Not quite aggro, not quite control.
Key to get Tidus down early if you have him.

Less synergistic, except for cards like Swallowed by Leviathan or Ultimecia which gets better with more cards in the grave and taking advantage of mill cards to make Figh On or Evil Reawakened better.
Levereage good black removal with blue's ability to stall then lay down big expensive cards.

There isn't much in the way of token generators or recursion, so it's more about playing decent creatures that'll you'll be fine sacrificing later, like Hecteyes or Shambling C'leth. Also! Summons can be sacrificed on their last chapter! That's a neat little bonus.
Zack Fair really sings here since he will sac himself for free. However, I think Blood Artists effects might be underwhelming outside of Judge Magister Gabranth which gains counters.

A bit of a late game deck. Tough to play and draft! Syncopate and play defensive creatures early into value engines to stun/destroy opponent creatures and smash in while drawing cards and building up your own creatures. Definitely a delicate and tricky deck to build and play since you need a lot of defensive 2MV creatures/spells and yet you wanna load up on 4MV+ non-creature spells.
Dreams of Lasagna go a long way in this deck. Fire Magic is excellent here since your defensive creatures all have 4 Toughness or higher. Counterspells are huge to counter giant creatures.

Only thing not obvious is that Freya is solid here. Having a flyer that likes weapons is stunning.

Seems least synergistic than other decks, there isn't really a token generating engine. That said, green has some great creatures and could just be a midrange kinda deck with a big attack finisher.
